Feeling stressed by what's coming at us? We know it's a good idea to step back, take a breath and/or count to ten before responding to something stressful. But how do we get ourselves to pause, since we quickly react in usual ways?   If we learn to feel the space between a stimulus and a response, we are freer to be more response-able, responsible.  Come join us to practice a body-centered approach to do just that, to stop before we go
