What if we learn to center, ground in the present moment? What if we then listen within for thoughts, emotions, body sensations and let all that fall onto a page of writing? Not writing as art, not writing as English paper, but as messy as the mind can be. What if we listen within and write what we hear, what asks to be written? What if we let go of "I can't meditate and I can't write"? What if both are easier than you think? Come and play with both and learn. No right/wrong. No good/bad. No experience needed.
Bring a journal/notebook and pen, or use paper provided by the Library.
