WHAT'S NOT WRONG
In a world where it is easy to focus on what's wrong and what's not working, let's come together to train ourselves to see what's not wrong and what is working. Many studies have shown that gratitude and gratefulness benefit emotional, mental and physical well-being. They are simple, not always easy, and they grow with practice, which is what we'll do. Bring a yoga mat, or practice with us in chairs. We will move a little. Also bring a journal if you want to take notes or write.
