Event Details

This 8-week class will focus on the themes of mindfulness, informed by ancient and universal wisdom. We'll start with gentle stretches to help us center and ground (these can be adapted to do in a chair). We'll practice meditation (beginners welcome). There'll be time for journaling and discussion. 

Bring a journal and mat.
