This month, we will use recipes from: My kitchen year : 136 recipes that saved my life by Ruth Reichl
The Falmouth Memorial Library offers a free program for cooks and food lovers called Cookbook Club. Each month, we use a specific cookbook and each member creates a recipe (at home) to share with others at our monthly gathering!
When we gather, we'll enjoy the meal and 'dish' about our recipe, the cookbook, and any observations we have about the our cooking experience. It's a fun, casual experience where you can meet others who like to cook and sample new recipes!
You may visit the library's reference desk to browse the selected cookbook, request a copy using our Minerva library catalog, or call us at 207-781-2351 ext. 140 and we will request a copy for you if you have a valid library card.
When you know what dish you plan to make, please fill out the attached Google Doc with the recipe you plan to bring. This helps us avoid duplication and balance the meal with some dinner and dessert items. If you prefer, you may call us or email your recipe to events@falmouthmemoriallibrary.org.
Registration is required. The library provides water, seltzer, cups and napkins. Please bring your own plate, bowl, and cutlery.
