Program Description
Event Details
Develop the mind/body connection and early literacy skills through mindful movements. This program is appropriate for ages 3-5 and their caregivers. No registration is necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one; the library can provide some.

Program requires movement, possibly including, but not limited to, getting to the floor and back to standing, walking on uneven ground, or moving quickly. Participate at your own risk.
Unaccompanied Child
Children 11 years old and younger must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or childcare provider throughout the duration of their stay at the Library.
