Description: Welcome to the New Year!  The holidays are behind us and a long stretch of winter lies ahead.

Come join personal trainer, Francesca Kerr, for an hour of movement designed to motivate and invigorate you...not break you down.  The focus will be on using our body weight, tweaking traditional movements, and adding different planes of movement for greater rewards.  

Note:  Participants must be able to move freely from the floor to standing and back. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Bring a large towel/yoga mat and water.
