Blackout Poetry for Teens

It's National Poetry Month... come make art. 

Making blackout poetry is simple. Grab a book, rip out a page, cover all the words except the ones you want with sharpie. Words have a tendency to jump off the page at you and poems flow easily in this creative art form. 

Join us any time between 3-4:30pm to see what poems come out of the pages provided.

All poems of willing authors will be displayed in Teen Room for the rest of April.
